Project Site Admin

Job Description:

  • Provide full administrative support at site and coordination with the head office.
  • Maintain proper filing of all documents including all the ISO procedures related to the department.
  • Ensure office equipment are in good condition at all times and maintain the well-being of site office and facilities.
  • Assist in the purchase of basic office equipment,site materials and things required for site officer use.
  • Prepare, submit, filing and follow up of all daily operations of all documents, including shop drawings, materials and related.
  • specifications and technical data related to the projects.
  • Perform other duties as and when needed.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years experience in construction field.
  2. Knowledge of Synergix ERP system would be an advantage.
  3. Able to multi-task with a positive mindset and able to work well independently and in a team setting.
  4. Able to communicate at all levels effectively with client, supplier, subcontractor.
  5. Candidate must possess at least GCE N/O Levels/Diploma in any field or equivalent.
  6. Location: Bukit Timah area.
  7. Monday – Saturday.
